The high-temperature resistant lithium-based grease added to the bearing seat of the mining crusher should be 50%-70% of the volume, and should be cleaned and replaced every 240 hours. Because the company's mining crusher has been injected with high-temperature lithium grease during the test run before leaving the factory, about 0.5kg-1kg can be injected after the crusher is installed and before the test run. Too much grease may cause difficulty in starting the crusher or the bearing temperature will be too high. , eventually causing damage to the oil seal.

Because the environment of the mining crusher is a dusty and harsh environment, after the crusher is used for a period of time, foreign matter will appear in the bearings due to the injection of high-temperature lithium-based grease. It needs to be cleaned after 240 hours of use and refilled with high-temperature resistant grease. Lithium-based grease can be used.
